知名媒体人秦朔的第一个AI外挂，竟然是这张卡！

尽管我在内容整理和编辑方面能力尚可，但在工具操作上却常常手忙脚乱。即便是结构简单的录音机，只有录音、停止、快进、快退、播放等几个按键，我也经常出错。

最尴尬的一次发生在1993年，我代表《南风窗》与当时的广州市长黎子流进行联合采访。新华社记者主问，我负责录音和笔记。不知按错了哪个键，过了一会儿发现录音机的磁带鼓了出来。幸好市长没有察觉，我迅速将机器塞进口袋并按下停止键。

采访结束后回听，发现大部分内容未能录上。只好向电视台记者求助，谎称要核对版本，才得以补全内容。这件事给我留下了长久的心理阴影。

从此之后，无论使用录音机、录音笔、智能本还是手机，我总忍不住频繁检查录音状态。一些关键采访，甚至会动用两部手机同时录音，才觉安心。

直到某天翻看女儿大学教材，读到诺曼的《设计心理学》，我才释然。书中指出：当产品出问题时，人们常归咎于自己，但真正原因往往在于设计缺陷。“操作失误不应归责于用户，而应归因于产品与设计。”

原来，不是我的错！

尽管心态放松了，现实中仍难觅真正“以用户为中心”、具备“可视性”与“易通性”的录音设备。尤其如今许多采访为英文，且自媒体时代要求快速整理发布，压力依然存在。
