9月17日，蚂蚁集团正式引入通义办公，将其定位为面向全体员工使用的智能办公Agent基础平台，致力于成为大型企业智慧办公的行业标杆。

蚂蚁集团与通义办公建立战略合作

蚂蚁集团是全球领先的数字支付与科技服务平台，业务涵盖数字支付、数字金融科技、医疗健康及数字科技等多个领域，员工人数达数万人。随着AI技术在处理长序列任务等方面的能力显著增强，人工智能已逐步融入蚂蚁内部的各项办公场景，迫切需要新型办公产品来助力并推动智能化转型。

为满足严格的数据安全与合规标准，本次合作采用K8S（Kubernetes）私有化部署方案，通义办公全面部署于蚂蚁集团内部网络环境，支持企业自有模型接入，确保数据不出企业、审计日志可查、结果可验证。该举措成功验证了AI能力全面可用与数据完全留存并行的实施路径，构建出一套可复制的大型企业自主可控解决方案。

通义办公将为蚂蚁全体成员提供智能办公解决方案，整合蚂蚁自有的Agent能力，串联数字员工、蚂蚁钉、项目管理等内部服务，并与内部AI安全管控基础设施无缝对接，打造覆盖个人办公助理与企业数字员工的完整办公Agent生态基础。
