On November 12, DingTalk held its annual "Ding Summit" in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. Themed around "The Way of Work in the AI Era," this summit attracted business leaders from industries such as automotive, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals, who gathered to explore how AI can deeply integrate into industry-specific scenarios and drive organizational transformation and business innovation.
Taizhou: Digital Transformation on a Manufacturing High Ground
Taizhou is a key manufacturing hub and center for private enterprise in Zhejiang Province. Particularly in emerging sectors like new-energy vehicles, it is steadily advancing toward becoming a "nationally renowned industrial base for new-energy vehicles," supported by a complete industrial chain, strong innovation capabilities, and favorable government policies.
Data shows that over 80% of listed companies in Taizhou are using DingTalk to varying degrees for daily operations and management. Enterprises including STO Express (ranked among China's Top 500 enterprises), the modern tea beverage brand Guming, Yangge Technology (a national "specialized, sophisticated, and innovative small giant"), outdoor gear manufacturer Zhejiang Nature, apparel accessories leader Weixing Group, and leading optical component company Crystal Optech have all leveraged DingTalk to advance organizational transformation and AI-driven process reengineering.
According to Ma Haijun, General Manager of DingTalk’s Southern Zhejiang Region, businesses are building a new organizational model characterized by "data-informed decisions and evidence-based execution" through DingTalk—from STO Express’s smart logistics network and Guming’s flexible supply chain, to Crystal Optech’s integrated collaboration and Weixing Group’s intelligent safety management. A large number of manufacturing enterprises are utilizing DingTalk’s AI capabilities to achieve intelligent decision-making in production scheduling, quality control, and supply chain coordination.

Enterprise Practices: AI Empowering Industry Scenarios
Several global enterprises from Zhejiang shared their best practices in the AI era during the summit.
Youcheng Holding Group
As a global supplier of auto parts, Youcheng Holding exports molds to 27 countries and regions worldwide. Li Xiaochun, CIO of Youcheng Holding and General Manager of Youcheng Technology, introduced the application of the “DingTalk AI Scheduling Assistant.” This tool transforms heterogeneous data from various systems, devices, Excel sheets, and manual inputs into standardized, structured high-quality data.
Based on this data, the AI Scheduling Assistant enables “intelligent data querying” to instantly respond to questions about production status, order progress, material availability, and equipment conditions; provides “data insights” by proactively identifying anomalies and risks; and supports “one-click scheduling,” where AI generates multiple feasible plans and optimizes them through comparison. Li Xiaochun stated: “Repetitive, experience-based, routine reasoning tasks are precisely the ideal scenarios for AI Agents to step in.”

Dingli New Material Technology Co., Ltd.
Dingli New Material, a specialized and innovative enterprise, provides solutions annually to more than 20,000 wood product companies globally. Zhou Chuanyi, Director of Information Engineering, shared how the company built a unified digital foundation based on DingTalk and the YiDa platform. He highlighted the deep integration of tools such as DingTalk AI spreadsheets, smart finance, and AI Note-taking in vehicle management, campus recruitment, expense control, and data analytics—achieving cross-system data integration, closed-loop approvals, risk alerts, and decision support, significantly improving operational efficiency and management transparency.
He particularly noted that using DingTalk AI spreadsheets for intelligent campus recruitment enabled students to submit resumes independently, with the system automatically collecting and cleaning the data. This solved the problem of scattered resumes across platforms, enabling more efficient classification, summarization, and analytical reporting—improving campus recruitment efficiency by 50%.

The DingTalk A1, which quickly became a hit in China's AI hardware market after launch, drew significant attention at the summit.
Liu Yiping, Product Manager of DingTalk A1, said: "The way we work in the AI era cannot exist without AI hardware." Powered by DingTalk AI Note-taking and large language models, this AI voice recorder comes with over 200 scenario-specific analysis templates. It is suitable for meetings, interviews, counseling sessions, legal consultations, client visits, and job interviews, efficiently handling speech recording, transcription, translation, summarization, and analysis—all seamlessly integrated with DingTalk workflows—and has been hailed as an "AI office essential."
